How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order within the United States.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 7–14 business days. Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's international warehouse, which is how we keep prices low and shipping free.
How do I track my order?
You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show updates.
My tracking hasn't updated. What should I do?
If there's no update for 10 business days, or your package shows as delivered but you didn't get it, email us and we'll help locate it or make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Using Clarix
What's included?
Each kit includes a 100 ml bottle of Clarix Restoration Emulsion and a high-density polishing sponge. Orders of 2+ kits also come with a FREE Detailing Set: a microfiber towel 5-pack, a detail brush and a vent air freshener.
What else do I need?
Just some masking or painter's tape to protect the paint around your headlights.
How do I use it?
- Wash and dry the headlight. Work in the shade on a cool lens.
- Tape around the headlight to protect your paint.
- Shake well and apply a few drops of emulsion to the sponge.
- Polish across the lens in firm, overlapping strokes until the haze lifts.
- Let it dry as directed on the bottle, then remove the tape.
Will it work on my car?
Clarix works on the outside of plastic headlight lenses on most cars, trucks and SUVs. It won't fix moisture inside the headlight or a cracked lens.
How long do the results last?
No restoration is permanent, because headlights are always exposed to the sun. Keep your car washed, park in shade when you can, and reapply when you see haze coming back.
Is it safe for my paint?
Yes, when you tape around the headlight first. Avoid getting the emulsion on paint or trim, and wipe off any spills right away.

My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
How long do refunds take?
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
